Job Title: Associate Attorney - Biometric Privacy (BIPA) & Complex Class Actions

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing clients with counseling and compliance related to the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and other technology-related issues. The attorney will work within the Complex Class Action & Biometric Privacy practice group, contributing to the defense strategies and legal proceedings in complex class action lawsuits. Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice, specifically in areas related to complex class actions and biometric privacy. A strong background in BIPA and tech-related legal matters is essential for this role. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in handling class action lawsuits and providing legal counsel on compliance with biometric privacy regulations.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $190,000. This competitive compensation package is complemented by several annual bonus programs, which are designed to reward performance and contributions to the practice group.
