Litigation Paralegal The candidate will effectively manage a caseload of 50-75 cases. Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and various motions. Continually communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and courts. Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens). Accurately maintain case management data in Needles (case management database). Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle collisions required. Proficient in preparing discovery responses required. Detail-oriented with a focus on grammar and language arts required. Professional appearance and behavior are required. Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation is required. Trucking experience preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email, are required. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Needles preferred). College degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience required. 2 years of experience required in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm, 5+ years experience preferred.
