Job Description:
As a workers’ compensation attorney at **Members Only**, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, from initial client intake to resolution. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You must possess strong analytical and research abilities, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Additionally, you must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, from initial client intake to resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings
- Attend hearings and negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court
- Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case status
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and provide support on complex cases
Requirements:
- Two to three years’ experience in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law
- Admission to practice in Pennsylvania
- Excellent analytical and research abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
