- Seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals for Oakland and Los Angeles offices
- Responsible for comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process
- Must have deep understanding of California legal procedures and trial preparation experience
- Manage complex legal tasks under tight deadlines
- Case preparation, document management, trial support, legal research and writing, client interaction, compliance, and continuing education
- Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- In-depth knowledge of California legal procedures and court systems
- Proficient in legal research databases and technology used in trial preparation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a legal team and clients
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, with additional bonuses and benefits
