**Members Only**, a top American Lawyer Global 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their team. With offices across the United States, **Members Only** is known for their exceptional services in corporate and business law, complex litigation, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and government affairs.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of experience in reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, organizational documents and resolutions, and UCC/litigation searches. They should also be proficient in drafting estoppel certificates and SNDAs, abstracting complex recorded title documents such as ground leases, CCRs, condominium documents, and easements, and creating, managing, coordinating, and tracking closing and post-closing documents.

In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills, be comfortable interfacing with third parties such as title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel, and have polished written and verbal communication skills. They should also have a strong attention to detail, comply with procedures and guidelines, and excel at managing deadlines and multiple work streams.

Proficiency in the Office Suite is preferred, and experience drafting deeds, authorizing resolutions, and other purchase and sale closing documents is a plus.
