Paralegal/legal assistant The candidate will be assisting attorney with client intake and meetings, scheduling, drafting letters, preparing court documents, drafting pleadings, communicating with clients, simple case investigation, responding to discovery, and other administrative and law related duties. Should be a college graduate or undergraduate student or graduate student who possesses superior writing skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Associate's degree is preferred. Should preferably have some law firm and/or civil practice experience. Should preferably have 1+ years of Paralegal and 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Spanish skills are required.
