Personal Injury Case Manager and Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: client communication and on-boarding, opening up claims with insurance companies, handling property damage claims, requesting documents such as police reports and medical records, coordinating medical treatment, communicating with insurance adjusters, drafting demand letters if necessary, understanding and evaluating medical records. Must be able to multitask like you are cooking a thanksgiving dinner on own. Must be able to handle all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury from start to finish. (litigation experience is a plus). Bilingual required. Experience in Personal Injury 1-3 Years (Litigation Experience is a Plus). 1 year of experience required. Spanish preferred.
