Senior Trial Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years' experience as a 'personal injury' paralegal; Strong work ethic and attention to detail; customer service in dealing with clients and opposing counsel; competence in Word, document prep (pleadings); Organization--big picture/small picture; keeping track and calendaring litigation deadlines and depositions, mediations and trials; Preparations and filing and following up on NOFAs, Discovery Responses, ordering records and overall trial prep; trial experience [going to court and helping the trial team present the evidence to the jury/judge); experience with deposition editing programs to present video testimony in court at trial; Excellent command of Adobe Acrobat, Word, DB and other programs; References and writing samples [short]. Compensation dependent upon experience and qualifications. Will consider less than full time but position likely requires 28 to 35 hours per week; Please send resume and work preferences such as remote only [if so, please detail your experience working remotely] and compensation requirements.
