This role will be responsible for managing high-volume caseloads through the work comp claim process. The ideal candidate will have a Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification and/or at least (2) years of relevant Work Comp experience. Job Title: Workers' Compensation Case Manager/Paralegal Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Location: Kansas City, MO Job Type: Non-Exempt Requirements: * High School Diploma * Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification and/or least (2) years of relevant Work Comp experience preferred * Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS Job Overview: As a Workers' Compensation Paralegal, our team is expected to communicate ideas, perspectives and experiences while striving to make each day better than the last. This role will act as the foundation to help our Attorney's take the necessary steps to reach a satisfactory resolution to each of our client's claims.
