Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a minimum of eight years of experience in civil litigatioin paralegal support. Completion of a certification as a paralegal from a program approved by the American Bar Association is a plus. Candidate should have experience handling day to day litigation support and be proficient in Microsoft Office, experience using Document Management System, and eDiscovery platform-Relativity. A solid understanding of civil litigation is necessary with trial presentation experience using Trial Director. Seeking a team player with a can do attitude and who is great at multitasking. Draft motions, pleadings and correspondence, Document Production. Assist attorneys with deposition preparations. Assist with discovery responses. Conduct legal research. Utilize eDiscovery platform such as Relativity. Knowledge of Trial Director. Trial management and trial preparation. Technology savvy and detailed oriented. Effectively understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, online legal toos, eDiscovery-Relativity, Trial Director and other law office management programs.
