Trademark Paralegal The candidate must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish, have keen attention to detail including effective proof reading and drafting skills, demonstrated multi-tasking skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with others against deadlines. The position requires experience with any of the following international trademark portfolio management systems WebTMS, CPI Computer Packages, Inc., or AppColl IP Docketing. Experience in International trademark work including Madrid System (WIPO) is desirable, as is experience with, conducting online searches, investigations of third party marks, searching and analyzing reports, coordinating documentation for the prosecution or defense of contested matters, assisting in the preparation and filing of office actions and registration materials. Specific responsibilities of the position include: Preparing for filing foreign and domestic trademark applications, statements of use, extensions of time, amendments to allege use, renewals, and other filings; Communicating with clients and associates; Reviewing office actions and summarizing issues for attorneys; Performing trademark searches and draft findings; Docketing; Reviewing Specimens.
