Job Title: Pre-Litigation Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Case Building:
- Conduct in-depth initial client interviews to understand the incident and client’s story.
- Collect and organize incident reports, photographs, witness statements, and other critical evidence.
- Initiate early and professional communication with insurance adjusters.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and file structure within the case management system.
2. Medical Treatment Coordination:
- Help clients navigate their medical care by scheduling appointments and following up with medical providers.
- Track treatment progress and maintain up-to-date records.
- Secure and organize medical bills, records, and liens.
3. Settlement Preparation:
- Verify and confirm all outstanding medical balances and liens.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to finalize settlement details.
- Prepare disbursement statements for attorney review to support the settlement process.
Education and Experience Information:
- .
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A burning desire for professional and personal growth.
- Experience in personal injury law: 1 year (Preferred).
Salary Information:
- Pay: $45, - $50, per year.
