We are a full-service litigation and business law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to providing excellent client service and fostering an engaged, diverse, and inclusive team culture.

As a Business Intake Liaison, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for new work at the firm. This includes gathering necessary information from attorneys and clients, reviewing and evaluating the accuracy of the information, and ensuring cross-functional area collaboration during the intake process. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues or problems that may arise due to incorrect data, maintaining accurate records in the firm's database, and providing excellent customer service to clients and potential clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, with a 2-year degree preferred. You should also have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent client and customer service skills. Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is also required.
