Paralegal - Legal Assistant - Estate Planning The candidate will be handling all client calls, questions, and inquiries. Following up with clients on missing our outstanding drafting items. Inputting raw client data into document creation program and preparing/proofing initial drafts of estate planning documents for attorney review. Revising documents after attorney review. Maintaining work in progress spreadsheet. Gathering, reviewing, and organizing data regarding client s beneficiaries, trustees, agents, other representatives. Sending and tracking correspondence related to estate planning process to clients, advisors, and financial institutions. Providing client and/or successor trustees with original documents. Serving as witness/notary public as required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. BS/BA degree or Associate s degree is preferred, and work experience is considered in lieu of degree. Should preferably have 2-3 years of Estate planning experience. Experience with Zola Suites, Amicus Attorney, Time Matters, PCLaw, or other similar legal database/client management software is preferred. Legal assistant/paralegal certification is preferred.
