The Law Firm of Diaz Anselmo & Associates . is seeking Legal Assistants with experience in Foreclosure, Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate. This is a full-time position in the Naperville, Illinois office with a Monday through Friday schedule. The firm offers a competitive salary of $1 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, scheduling hearings and mediations, e-filing, monitoring compliance with client directives, and entering information into case management systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail. Previous experience is helpful but not required.
In the Foreclosure department, the Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents such as complaints, judgments, and affidavits. They will also schedule hearings and mediations, e-file in various portals, and communicate with clients and other parties involved in the case.
The Bankruptcy department requires the Legal Assistant to prepare and submit pleadings, review foreclosure files, process court results, and update client websites. They will also be responsible for electronically filing bankruptcy pleadings, scheduling attorneys or co-counsel for hearings, and ensuring compliance with client and court requirements.
The Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate department involves preparing and drafting various legal documents, managing files, and communicating with clients to ensure their requirements are met. The Legal Assistant will also review and revise documents based on attorney feedback and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications for this position include excellent data entry skills, time management abilities, and the ability to prioritize and multitask. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. While previous experience is helpful, it is not required.
