Job Title: Assistant, Client Relationships
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in producing client reports, presentations, and financial analysis regularly.
- Track client, program, and sales pipeline progress against targets and other reporting requirements as needed.
- Research the client organization and key client contacts for planning and relationship mapping purposes.
- Work closely with relevant industry/practice business development teams to keep the client team updated on the law firm's client campaigns and service offerings.
- Support client managers and strategic bids team on client panel pitches and major Request For Proposals (RFPs).
- Update and maintain client program and individual client pages on the intranet.
- Maintain relevant client team email groups.
- Assist the client team in tracking matters for post-matter feedback and identify client contacts for Client Satisfaction Interviews, assisting with follow-up.
- Assist with internal client feedback reporting.
- Support client relationship managers in tracking and reporting client engagement initiatives and activities.
- Support client relationship managers in transcribing key meetings with relevant client relationship team stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to both client team members and relevant law firm partners for ad hoc projects.
- Assist with relevant client events and provide on-site support as necessary.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Consulting, corporate, or law firm experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using all programs under the Microsoft Suite, including direct experience with PowerPoint and functions within Excel.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proactive, action-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
- Practical and efficient with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Collaborative and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong interest in learning more about professional services business and client development.
- Ability to problem-solve and approach projects with a growth mindset.
- Ability to build relationships across teams with both marketing teammates and lawyers.
