Job Title: Practice Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Creating, formatting, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence.
- Filing documents in state and federal courts.
- Opening new matters and running conflict checks.
- Managing department-wide docketing, attorney calendars, and ensuring all litigation dates and deadlines are accurately calendared.
- Processing invoices and attorney expenses.

Education and Experience Information:
- This is an entry-level position; training will be provided.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a high level of initiative and follow-through, and the ability to work successfully in a variety of software programs.

Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $40, to $50, Annually.
