Job Title: Junior Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Join the Litigation practice at a law firm in Washington, .
- Engage in a variety of commercial and regulatory matters for a diverse range of clients nationwide.
- Draft pleadings and motions, prepare and respond to discovery requests, conduct legal research.
- Participate in and ideally manage document collection and review efforts.
- Work directly with partners and clients, aiming to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Build skills necessary to manage complex cases independently.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have one to three years of litigation experience.
- Experience should include drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, conducting legal research, and document collection and review.
- District clerkship and/or appellate clerkship and prior law firm experience are strongly preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and professional references are required.

Salary Information:
- The base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 to $260,000 annually.
- Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant), and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
