The attorney will handle a steady volume of online enforcement and prosecution work, providing them with autonomy in their role. The position is designed for those who wish to focus on practicing law without the necessity of engaging in business development activities. The role offers flexibility in terms of work hours, with the expectation of working two to three days per week in the office as part of a hybrid work arrangement. The attorney will be part of a collaborative team within the Intellectual Property practice group.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in trademark enforcement and prosecution. Additionally, state bar admission is a requirement for this position. The role is suitable for attorneys who are not seeking a partnership track but are interested in a stable and supportive work environment where they can focus on their legal practice.
Salary Information:
The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $185,000. However, the actual starting salary may vary based on the candidate's relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled. This salary range is a part of the law firm's comprehensive compensation and benefits package, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
