Law Firm Seeking Experienced Trademark Associate with 2-6 Years' Experience

We are a highly respected law firm seeking a motivated and experienced Trademark Associate to join our team. If you have 2-6 years of experience in trademark law and a deep understanding of trademark registration, enforcement, and litigation, we want to hear from you! This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our trademark practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the trademark application process from start to finish, including conducting comprehensive trademark searches and filing applications with the USPTO.
- Respond to office actions and work with clients to address any issues that may arise during the registration process.
- Develop and implement global trademark portfolio strategies, including preparing and prosecuting international applications, managing local counsel, and communicating with clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for trademark enforcement, including monitoring and addressing potential infringement issues.
- Draft and send cease-and-desist letters and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Coordinate global trademark enforcement efforts, including review of international watch notices, management of opposition and cancellation matters, and oversight of litigation.
- Assist in trademark litigation matters, including conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and supporting discovery efforts.
- Collaborate with external counsel on complex litigation cases.
- Work closely with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure a cohesive approach to trademark matters.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and outreach efforts to promote the firm's trademark services.

Qualifications:

- 2-6 years of experience in trademark law, with a strong background in prosecution and enforcement.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $200,000 to $250,000
