Job Title: Pre Litigation Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Pre Litigation Case Manager will handle Plaintiff’s personal injury cases. The primary responsibilities include managing pre-suit personal injury cases from inception to settlement, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely manner, and maintaining effective communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information. The case manager will also coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to facilitate the resolution of cases. The role requires maintaining detailed and accurate case files, preparing demand letters, and negotiating settlements. Additionally, the case manager will be responsible for meeting performance metrics to qualify for monthly, quarterly, and year-end bonuses.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Case Manager. While being bilingual in Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement for the position. The role is 100% in-office, indicating that remote work is not an option.
Salary Information:
The compensation for this full-time position is $55,000 per year. There is a signing bonus of $2,500, which is paid out over six months if the employment is maintained. Additionally, the position offers monthly, quarterly, and year-end bonuses based on performance. Benefits include a 401k plan and the firm pays 100% of the health insurance premium for employees.
