Job Title: Doc Prep Processor - Remote Work from Home
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Review daily reports for efficient and timely file handling.
- Evaluate information and documents from clients to determine if a referral is warranted.
- Organize, analyze, and cross-check/validate information.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, objections, and assignments.
- Proof legal forms and documents for accuracy.
- Provide support to paralegals, management, and attorneys.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred but not required.
- Experience with bankruptcy or mortgage servicing is preferred but not required.
- Relevant computer knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficient in research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Salary Information:
- Pay Type: Hourly
