Job Title: Business Litigation/Insurance Coverage Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions and attending trials.
- Provide legal advice on insurance coverage issues, including policy interpretation, risk assessment, and claims handling.
- Strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder.
- Conduct case negotiations.
- Engage in meetings and communications with clients.
Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a specific focus on handling insurance coverage and bad faith on behalf of insurance companies.
