Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies at target law schools
- Increase firm visibility at target law schools
- Foster relationships with law school career services
- Collaborate with hiring partners and office/practice leadership for transparency and approvals for summer associate recruitment
- Manage law school recruitment and OCI process
- Coordinate registration with US schools and collaborate with local offices
- Develop print and website content for summer program
- Ensure necessary information for on-boarding of summer associates
- Work with Learning and Development team to plan and prepare for summer associate academy
- Manage work allocation and evaluation processes
- Assist with legal recruiting efforts in Columbus and other offices as needed
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and update recruitment system

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience with OCI and summer programs
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Experience with viRecruit a plus
