Job Title: Billing Clerk (Full-Time)

Experience Information:

- College degree required
- Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel, necessary
- Moderate typing skills (45 wpm)
- Prior experience handling cash and processing payments preferred

Responsibilities:

- Answer basic billing questions from clients
- Report to the Director of Administration on billing matters
- Contact clients about outstanding balances and replenishing trust accounts
- Promptly respond to all client calls and emails regarding billing questions
- Ensure the accuracy of all recorded transactions and payments
- Record client expenses in designated billing software
- Assist with creating invoices, applying payments, and running credit cards
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, mailings, and answering phones
