**Members Only**, an AmLaw 100 firm, is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Litigation Department in Morristown, NJ. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and drafting documents. You will also be expected to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work product. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in litigation, preferably in navigating the NJ courts
- Working knowledge of filing legal documents, including through PACER/ECF
- Experience conducting legal research and drafting documents
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities effectively
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product
- Flexibility in handling work assignments and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Trial experience is a plus
- Mass tort/MDL experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus
