Job Responsibilities:
The Investment Funds, Regulatory Associate will be part of the market-leading regulatory practice within the law firm's Investment Funds Group. This position involves a dynamic range of responsibilities, including:

- Assisting fund sponsors with fundraising and transactions
- Navigating SEC examination and enforcement matters
- Reviewing offering materials and fund governing documents
- Advising clients on compliance with applicable rules and regulations
- Preparing SEC filings
- Responding to examinations

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Investment Funds, Regulatory Associate position should have 1-3 years of investment funds-related regulatory experience at a global law firm. Essential qualifications include:

- Strong familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
- Preferred familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Securities Act of 1933
- Candidates must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia

Salary Information:
The law firm offers a competitive salary structure and a robust offering of benefits to all employees and attorneys. Compensation is determined based on the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant or employee, and is aligned with internal pay equity within the law firm. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $260,000. These figures do not represent the full compensation range for this position.
