- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans and tactics for talent acquisition, diversity, and firm brand.
- Proactively utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify search specifications and position requirements.
- Schedule candidate interviews and make travel arrangements.
- Create and maintain an environment of equal opportunity and diversity.
- Develop written recruiting materials for various platforms.
- Set strategies and benchmark best practices to ensure effective recruiting aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment requirements.
- Support firm initiatives on social media and other advertising platforms.
- Leverage social media and associations to identify and recruit top talent.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase firm awareness and promote brand.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional legal recruiting experience.
- Previous experience interviewing management-level professionals.
- Knowledge of legal industry recruiting and talent acquisition trends.
