Family Law Paralegal Candidate will assist with all aspects of our Las Vegas Family Law Practice. Will include: (1) direct client contact; (2) contact with opposing counsel and staff as well as court staff and administration; (3) drafting pleadings from complaint to pre-trial memorandums; (4) trial preparation; (5) calendaring. You must be dependable, proactive and detail-oriented with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Prior Nevada family law experience is required. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
