Law Firm Seeking Sr. AI Developer for Global Operations Team

Position Overview:
- Seeking an experienced software developer to join the AI development team
- Report to the team and work closely with other members
- Utilize modern software development and deployment best practices
- Develop efficient, reliable, and scalable code using prevalent programming languages and frameworks
- Use modern cloud deployment and DevOps practices and Azure tooling
- Work cross-functionally to identify needs and design solutions
- Help shape the firm's strategic direction and resource investment in custom software development
- Keep up to date with latest technologies and identify opportunities for implementation
- Assist in growing the firm's capabilities and expertise in custom software development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying secure enterprise grade applications in cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with containerized development and deployment using tools like Docker
- Knowledge of LLM and Generative AI based application development techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript with familiarity in , Python, and/or React
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal industry not required

Salary Information:
- Full-time position with no overtime eligibility
- Salary range varies by location:
- Boston: $115,800 - $173,700
- Los Angeles: $121,600 - $182,400
- New York: $121,600 - $182,400
- Philadelphia: $108,800 - $163,300
- San Francisco: $129,700 - $194,500
- Santa Monica: $121,600 - $182,400
- Silicon Valley: $129,700 - $194,500
- Washington DC: $115,800 - $173,700
