The Law Firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC is seeking a full-time Office Services Assistant for their Baton Rouge, LA office. Job Title:
- Office Services Assistant

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of office administrative experience, preferably in a law firm setting

Job Description:
- Greet and assist all internal and external clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls using Microsoft Teams software
- Coordinate deliveries with vendors
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of lobby, reception areas, and conference rooms
- Schedule conference rooms and verify technology and catering needs
- Track and order stock for pantry items and firm events
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and email
- Handle deliveries and pickups as needed, including taking legal documents to the courthouse for filing
- Prepare miscellaneous correspondence and assist with other clerical duties and special projects as requested
- Provide administrative support to the Office Coordinator as needed

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of office equipment, including computers and copiers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional client service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changes easily
- Positive attitude and outlook
