Paralegal/Real Estate Law Office The candidate must have good communication skills and have a good working knowledge of real estate transactions from beginning to end. Heavy client contact. Must be able to work independently. Applicant will handle all aspects of the transaction(s) from doc. prep to closing and post-closing. Coordinate closing with all parties in the transaction, including the buyer, sellers, title insurance company, opposing counsel, and lender; Prepare contracts,deeds, transfers documents through ACRIS for NYC and other applicable transfer documents for other counties; Assist with closings, closing schedules, execute/conduct closings on behalf of the lender; and preparation of bank documents; Experience is required.
