Job Title: Legal Intake Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Intake Coordinator is tasked with managing the intake process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing intake cases to ensure they meet established accuracy, completeness, and compliance criteria.
- Ensuring that scripts are followed and all data entered is accurate.
- Reviewing intake call recordings to assess quality and adherence to protocols.
- Reviewing potential cases to ensure all viable cases are signed up.
- Tracking and updating case viability status using the law firm's software.
- Ensuring intake workflows align with quality assurance standards and escalating inconsistencies when necessary.
- Working closely with management to identify trends and suggest process improvements.

Education and Experience Information:
- Experience in legal intake, customer service, or a quality assurance role is preferred.
- Knowledge of legal intake processes is advantageous.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in legal intake processes, including case review and call auditing.
- Familiarity with the law firm's software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in intake cases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging potential clients and collaborating with internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to resolving intake inconsistencies and unresponsive potential client challenges.

Salary Information:
The compensation for the Legal Intake Coordinator position ranges from $40,000 to $58,000 per year.
