Job Responsibilities:
The Office Services Assistant is responsible for providing general support to the law firm's attorneys and professional support staff. This full-time position involves a variety of duties aimed at maintaining the smooth operation of office services and conference functions. The key responsibilities include:
- Managing office service functions, which encompass in-house and outgoing mail services, delivery, faxes, copying services, and courier services.
- Overseeing conference service functions, including setting up and tearing down conference rooms, cleaning conference rooms, picking up and setting up catering, and assisting with catering orders.
- Performing reception duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, transferring calls, and scheduling conference rooms.
