Polsinelli, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate's location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, PowerShell, and MS Graph, with a focus on customer service.

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of infrastructure escalations within the Platform Services function of IT. This includes working with Okta and M365 for Identity and Access Management, as well as creating and maintaining automation scripts and supporting the administration and configuration of the firm's M365 tenant.

In addition, you will be responsible for triaging incidents and calls, providing 24/7 support for critical production systems, and managing and monitoring Identity and Access controls. You will also assist in the management of Active Directory and Entra ID and work to design and implement identity-first security strategies to enhance security and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience supporting Okta or other IAM platforms, as well as 3 years of experience supporting M365 Administration. You should also have a strong proficiency in automation using PowerShell and MS Graph, and a good understanding of Active Directory/Entra, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity federation.
