A growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for a full-time position. This role is pivotal in supporting the firm's operations, particularly in managing legal documents and assisting attorneys.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare letters and legal documents using Microsoft Word and its features.
- Manipulate documents, including duplication, printing, mailing, locating, formatting, and/or merging.
- Handle e-filing of documents in both State and County courts as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain client and office files in both electronic and paper filing systems.
- Utilize the firm's document management system effectively.
- Prepare and submit new client and/or new matter forms.
- Manage attorneys' calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal secretary in plaintiff personal injury law is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
- Demonstrated proficiency in document processing and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as Adobe Pro and PDF Nuance.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Experience with e-filing in both state and federal courts is necessary.
Education and Experience Information
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal secretarial role within the plaintiff personal injury law sector.
