Job Title: Legal Assistant – Personal Injury Litigation

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain personal injury litigation files, ensuring all case information is up to date and properly documented in the Neos Case Management system.
- Draft, e-file, and e-serve pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate the preparation of trial binders and organize case materials in advance of hearings or trial.
- Request, obtain, and track medical records, billing affidavits, and other case-related documents from providers and third parties.
- Calendar all deadlines, hearings, court appearances, and case milestones, ensuring no critical dates are missed.
- Support attorneys and team members by maintaining effective case flow in a completely digital, paperless environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, and opposing counsel as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of legal assistant experience in a personal injury litigation setting is preferred.
- Proficient in legal case management software; experience with Neos Case Management is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, including e-filing and e-service requirements.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Salary Information:
