**Members Only** US LLP is recruiting for a Senior Enterprise Client Applications Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join a highly reputable law firm and utilize their expertise in Microsoft Office and other software programs. The Senior Enterprise Client Applications Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Firm’s software portfolio, providing support to end users and other IT teams, and staying updated on technology developments to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Service **Members Only**’ software portfolio and act as a level 3 escalation point for end users and support teams
- Perform analysis, selection, development, testing, and best practices to improve the application stack on user endpoints
- Oversee application packaging, configuration, design, and customization for large and complex applications
- Contribute to afterhours support coverage and maintenance windows
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in application support for Microsoft Office Suite, iManage Worksite/DeskSite, BigHand products, Workshare Professional, or similar programs
- Experience with Microsoft 365 SaaS products and corresponding third party applications
- In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11
- Ability to stay updated on technology developments and make recommendations for improvement
- Experience with quality assurance tasks related to monthly patching and software updates
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams and business units
- Ability to lead discussions and assess risk levels in change management
- Comfortable working with remote tools and across dispersed teams
- Willingness to cross train team members and take on new products and services
- Ability to remain calm and guide situations during high stress situations
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
Salary Information:
- Los Angeles Only DOE: $115,000 - $135,000
- San Diego Only DOE: $113,000 - $130,000
- Denver Only DOE: $108,000 - $125,000
