Are you an experienced employment law attorney looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our Employment Law group in the Silicon Valley, Tri-Valley, or Peninsula office.
Responsibilities and Experience
As an employment associate at Hoge Fenton, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including advising clients on employment law issues, drafting legal documents, and litigating cases related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour law. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in these areas who can independently identify issues and recommend necessary next steps.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of employment law experience, strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to excellence and a strong work ethic. A current membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is also required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000, with actual compensation depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set. We also offer an associate bonus plan to reward hard work and dedication.
