Job Title: Global Marketing & Business Development Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Global Marketing & Business Development Operations Manager is integral to the marketing and business development department, which includes specialists in business development, public relations, communications, media, digital, and operations. The role is essential for developing and streamlining processes, systems, people, and technologies to enhance the team's ability to deliver the law firm's growth strategy. The manager will oversee The Hub, a marketing center of excellence that provides agile and flexible support across the team.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing The Hub team and workflow, consisting of four to six dedicated team members.
- Providing guidance and training across marketing and business development disciplines.
- Supporting the implementation and management of marketing systems and tools, such as CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Driving best practices and integration in data management across marketing and business development systems.
- Streamlining workflows and standardizing processes to improve team efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining a marketing operations playbook outlining procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Defining and updating the services provided by The Hub and communicating them to the marketing and business development team.
- Setting the process for requesting work through The Hub and embedding it within the team.
- Collaborating with the team to continually improve and streamline The Hub processes.
- Supporting the creation of a service level agreement between The Hub and the marketing and business development team.
- Managing and setting workflows, distributing and balancing incoming work across the team.
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service.
- Fielding general queries coming into The Hub.
- Utilizing all available technologies to streamline the service provided by The Hub.
- Being accountable for the service provided by The Hub.

Education and Experience Information:
To perform this job successfully, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and manage budgets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Professional, confident, and at ease with all seniority levels.
- Experience in marketing operations, preferably within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, such as CRM, CMS, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with familiarity with reporting tools being desirable.
- Degree educated, ideally with a Marketing (CIM) or Project management qualification.

Salary Information:
The estimated compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000, influenced by various factors including relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure, certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule, and additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
