Civil Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties will include preparing draft discovery as well as discovery responses, preparation of subpoenas, procuring and following up on medical records requests, investigative background checks on parties incases, social media research, corresponding with expert witnesses, and other similar paralegal duties. Should have 5+ years of experience. Must be organized, detail oriented, experienced, hard-working, enthusiastic, and team oriented. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word. Must be familiar with Texas Civil Rules. Excellent communication skills, typing skills, computer skills and interpersonal skills and professional appearance. Should have the ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of professionals.
