Immigration Paralegal The candidate will communicate daily with the attorneys regarding case status. Communicate with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and other government departments as required. Perform legal clerical work involving case files and records. Respond to client emails and telephone calls. Should have 3+ years of family & business immigration paralegal experience. Should have 1+ years of Immigration law experience. Spanish skills are required.
