- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of customer service or collections experience preferred

As an Account Representative at Gurstel Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on our clients' collections process. We are seeking individuals who share our Core Values of Doing Right, Achieving Results, and Maintaining Integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Collect unpaid account balances and judgments from businesses and individuals
- Manage priority files assigned to you and your team
- Communicate professionally with clients and consumers to set up repayment plans and document all communication and transactions
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of FDCPA regulations and adhere to Firm's Core Values
- Utilize customer service skills to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Make judgments and decisions to choose the most appropriate actions for clients
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions
- Utilize various tools and technology, such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage files and records
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service or collections experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations a plus
- Bi-lingual candidates preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and commitments
- Self-starter and forward thinker
- Professional demeanor
- Knowledge of CLS collection software a plus
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM
