**Members Only** is a leading law firm with a global presence, seeking a talented and experienced Staff Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts; Denver, Colorado; New York, New York; and Washington, . In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys and legal team to support critical risk management functions and operations. Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze vendor and third-party contracts
- Draft and review client engagement terms, including conflict waivers and alternative fee arrangements
- Collaborate with firm attorneys to negotiate and settle on appropriate engagement terms
- Conduct detailed research on ethics and professional responsibility issues
- Assist in responding to client and vendor due diligence questionnaires
- Support the firm's General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer on special projects
- Contribute to process, procedure, and technology improvements to enhance customer service and efficiency

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as an in-house attorney or practicing associate with contract review experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting demands
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects independently
- Willingness to accept feedback and direction
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation:

- Salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 based on experience and qualifications
- Additional factors considered include internal equity, specialty, and training
