Introducing the opportunity for a Legal Assistant at a prestigious law firm in Philadelphia. This position is within the Litigation department and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to all litigation timekeepers
- Draft, review, and proofread documents and correspondence
- Execute electronic court filings and download court pleadings
- Maintain client files, both paper and electronic
- Conduct accounting tasks such as processing expenses and entering time into the firm's billing system
- Support trial preparation and maintain case chronology
- Manage multiple calendars and scheduling systems
- Perform digital transcription tasks
- Assist with discovery production and scheduling depositions
- Conduct conflict checks and complete file opening process
- Coordinate and make travel arrangements
- Track and manage CLE reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients and timekeepers

Experience and Competencies:

- Required education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Required experience: 2-4 years of related experience
- Preferred experience: 3-5 years of related experience
- Competencies: Decision making, communication, leadership, continuous learning, teamwork, alignment to values
- Physical activity: Prolonged sitting and computer work
