As a technology specialist at Fish, you will have the opportunity to draft patent applications, correspond with patent offices, advise on patent litigation, and interview inventors about new ideas. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, knowledge of product and machine design, and at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience. Superior writing skills and registration before the . Patent & Trademark office are also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $185,000, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
