• Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, TiC and CAA 21 compliance;
• Drafting and negotiating service provider agreements;
• Resolving issues relating to administration of health and welfare plans.

Requirements:

• Strong experience providing proactive advice to employers on a wide range of compliance and litigation issues affecting health and welfare employee benefit plans;
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school;
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction;
• Ability to work on site or remotely;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
