Triage Call Specialist

The law firm is seeking a Triage Call Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, remote position with the option to work from Minnesota, North Dakota or South Dakota. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in medical or legal fields.

Job Title: Triage Call Specialist
Location: Remote - Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota
Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Professionally answer phone calls from potential clients and gather necessary information
• Contact Medical Analyst or attorney for further review and potential follow-up
• Process messages promptly and accurately
• Draft deferral letters for approval
• Maintain confidentiality and professional treatment of client information

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in medical or legal fields preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time
• Ability to move around the office as needed
• Operate office equipment such as copy machines and printers
• Regular verbal and written communication with others
• May require occasional light lifting
