Advice to law firm management:
If you like routine then this is a good firm to be with so go in with the knowledge that where you get placed will be where you will be for a while. Also make sure that you provide feedback and keep communication open with the other associates.

Pros:
This firm provides a great work environment that lends itself to a happy workplace with people who are happy and content with what they do which leads to an overall positive vibe. Everyone wants one another to succeed. The company offers great compensation with other benefits not found in other firms.

Cons:
The firm does not promote often therefore you most likely will not be able to move up in the company very quickly. This can make your work somewhat tedious at times.

Advice to law firm management:
Keep in touch with the staff and HR department to find out when advancement opportunities are available. This is vital to finding adamant within this law firm.

Pros:
This firm is a great place to work at. The firm goes out of their way to provide employees with an excellent place of employment with accommodating workspaces and flexible hours. I have had the pleasure of working with a great team here that have only further my abilities in this field.

Cons:
It is hard to advance yourself through the law firm. The firm itself does a poor job of publishing opportunities for employees to advance.
