This is an exciting opportunity to support our workplace class action practice and work with a dynamic and collegial team of excellent employment law professionals.

Job Title: Labor and Employment Associate - Workplace Class Action Practice
Salary: $275,000-335,000 (annual pay range)
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington, . or Wilmington offices

Job Description:

- Support the workplace class action practice of Duane Morris LLP
- Defend wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits
- Conduct witness interviews and take and defend depositions
- Advise clients on federal and state employment law compliance and draft workplace policies
- Assist with employment training programs

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex employment litigation
- Trial experience is advantageous
- Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
